Blair Aldworth
Chair

Blair Aldworth is a retired special education teacher from Chino Valley. Blair taught for 38 years. Prior to serving as board chair, Blair served as Vice Chair of the board of directors. Blair also serves as a board member and is on the finance committee with Anthesis (a non-profit organization that helps people with disabilities to live and work to their fullest potential).  “I’ve learned that all people have special gifts to offer the world,” said Blair.


Mary Eme
Vice Chair

Mary Eme is an ABA paralegal specialist and has a bachelor’s in communications. Mary recently relocated to Claremont from Indiana. From 2012-2018 she served as the Volunteer and Special Programs Coordinator at St. Vincent de Paul. Mary developed and organized a person-to-person fundraising for their largest fundraiser. She also created the “Hunger Bowl,” a competition between local High Schools for food donations. Mary volunteered with the Junior League of South Bend and chaired the thrift shop, cookbook, and training committees. She also served on the board of directors of the University Health System Hearing and Speech Center.


Pia Gupta
Treasurer

Pia Gupta, PhD. is Chair and Associate Professor of the Finance Department at California State University, Long Beach. In addition to teaching, she publishes about corporate finance and investments. Professor Gupta also gives presentations nationally and internationally. Professor Gupta attended our last fundraiser breakfast and became very interested in the mission of Crossroads. Professor Gupta joined the Crossroads Board in July 2020.


Leeann Nabors
Board Member

Leeann Nabors has over 9 years of experience as office manager at the Clinebell Institute at the Claremont School of Theology. She also serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Claremont Colleges for the Office of Consortia Academic Collaborative, facilitating the Justice Education and Data Science Initiatives. Ms. Nabors is a New Resources student at Pitzer College.


Sean Harrison
Board Member

Sean Harrison is a branch marketing manager at Cornerstone Home Lending in Upland. Sean graduated from the University of California, Riverside. Sean specializes in website and mobile app development.
